Reformer Pilates

Reformer pilates is a low-impact form of exercise that is easy on the joints and uses spring-loaded resistance to achieve maximum effect & fatigue of your muscles. Our method of Reformer Pilates is dynamic and will have your muscles trembling! We're not your standard pilates class - there won't be any slow, soul-searching happening here. We aim for you to get a full-body workout with each class, but rest assured our classes can be modified to suit your abilities and any injuries you may have.

Booking

To book a reformer pilates class - please book via studio bookings online below. You will need to set up an account and buy class credits but this will make it easy to book classes in future. By signing up to Studio Bookings Online, you will be able to buy a single class pass or a 5 or 10 class concession pass at a discounted rate.
